This super light carbon fibre stretcher simplifies the transport of patients by aircraft and road ambulances. Physical lifting is reduced as the smooth carbon base slides easily between stretchers.
At only 13 kgs (28 lbs) excluding medical equipment, it is easy to maneuver in rescue/offroad situations. Its contoured, lightweight base attaches to existing role equipment easily and safely. It sits securely on the host stretcher platform, preventing any damage to the mattress below. The stretcher will slide on most surfaces, minimising the need for lifting by aircraft and medical staff. Attachment to the host stretcher via four cables is secure and easy.

The accompanying cantilever medical equipment bridge is capable of carrying a range of monitors and ventilators. The complete unit is rated to carry 16 kgs (35 pounds) and can be easily engineered to suit most medical equipment.
The bridge swivels 360 degrees for easy patient access and can be removed completely by removing one pin. With the medical bridge removed, the stretcher base is suitable for helicopter winching with the addition of an approved harness.
