UTS Aircraft Interiors

The UTS aircraft interior shown in a three stretcher position configuration. This interior features the SLICS carbon fibre stretcher and lift-free loading and transport system accommodating three stretchers. The images below show the system installed in a Beech 1900D.

The system links to a small car/trolley that moves the stretcher from the end of the rails to the lifter outside the aircraft.

Aircraft seat

Reversible (forward and aft facing) has four point lockable harness, adjustable lumber support and a life vest pouch. It is rated to 9G and complies with FAR 23, 25, 27, and 29 requirements.

General details:

• Eases the patient's transfer from ambulance to aircraft in a comfortable and uncomplicated process
  
• Minimal lifting required for flight and medical crew
• Only one 28 volt DC power outlet is required for battery charging, therefore no alterations are required when changing aircraft
• 24 volt DC power box, fitted in the rear facing seat support to supply independent power to the medical equipment at 240 volt AC and 12 volt DC, charged from the aircraft
